Are you looking for....?
I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a clinician, I have treated in a wide variety of clinical settings including Neuro, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Pediatrics. As a coach and athlete, I have been a part of both team and individual sports. My expertise lies in Olympic weightlifting and strength sports.
My main focus is integrating body systems with an emphasis on breathing and postural control. I work with patients of all ages to find the ‘weakest’ or sometimes ‘missing’ link to restore and optimize function. My passion is to work together as a team to identify, problem solve and educate you and your family for the best outcomes possible.
My passion as a coach is to help kids and athletes explore the strength and conditioning world in order to enhance performance for your sport of interest, establish corrective exercises and injury prevention, break training plateaus or serve as an outlet for stress, lifestyle education and healthy choices.
I am a life long learner constantly striving for the newest knowledge and treatment techniques.I have been featured in articles for informational sites such as WebMD, radio and podcast interviews. I am also a teaching assistant for numerous presenters helping other therapists learn and implement new techniques. My personal course development categories include the ‘breathing curriculum’ and sensory-based treatment for idiopathic toe walking in pediatrics.
I am a CASH-BASED provider meaning I am not in network with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of treatment and allows me to focus entirely on you and your family. I do provide a claim or 'receipt' to you that you may submit to your own insurance for reimbursement. You may pay in cash, check, credit or debit. In most cases, cash-based often saves your money as there are no administrative fees involved. Please contact me for more info!

What are people saying about Physio Links?
“I couldn’t participate in my workouts because of my pain. Dr. Nora understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle and empathized with my case. She is a miracle. Within 3 sessions, I was in no pain and she helped me slowly reintegrate my exercise routine. I don’t know what I would do without her.”
“Dr. Nora is one of the best professionals I have ever worked with. She has excellent rapport and has developed long term partnerships with her patients and families. Her patients always request to continue to work with her.”
“Dr. Nora is my favorite. Because of my illness, I couldn’t play sports because it hurt. I finally was able to shoot a basketball for the first time over a year and it didn’t hurt.”
“Nora has worked with my daughter for 5 years and in that time, the strength, coordination, and gross motor skills she has learned is amazing! Nora thinks outside the box to find ways to really work to meet my daughter’s unique needs. We are so lucky she is Ella’s PT.”
“Dr. Nora is so nice and helps me exercise. She makes me strong and now I can go on as many bouncy houses as I want. My Mom says I look more confident now”
“I have taken my daughter to so many places. Dr. Nora is by far the best PT we have ever worked with. She blows my mind with every session and I feel that we are always making progress. We are so grateful for her. She is truly amazing at what she does.”
“Dr. Nora is great making sure she looks at the whole picture of what is going on with you. I happen to be dealing with some major thumb pain, and she was able to determine some other things outside of the main issue that were contributing to it. She comes up with a plan to target all of the underlying contributing factors. Plus, you also feel genuinely cared for as a person working with her. 5/5 stars!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nora. I am breathing deeper and efficiently all day. My back feels worlds better. I feel as though Dr. Nora has me getting back on the path to have my problems completely resolved. No one has come close to take it to the level she does. She is just amazing.”
“Dr. Nora is the ‘House MD’ of the Physical Therapy world.”
